I was scrolling the Youtube Shorts and saw this video. "It looks simple enough", I thought, without knowing actually how to cook new dishes.
For the record, I must note that I have the ability to cook some menus, mostly Thai or Italian ones. For instance, one of my favourite dishes to make is Paneng Curry, which need just the premade curry paste, coconut milk, some protein and garnishes. The cooking itself is quick amd easy.
When it comes to Japaneese, however, my skills are... lacking.
